Review process to identify the high potentials and develop
plans to offer them a series of assignments that will
enhance and augment their leadership skills. Providing
huge internal career platform, Emerson is offering stretching
challenge with coaching and feedback to groom the A
players.
LEAP (Learning for Employee Advancement Program) is launched
in China with an aim to developing a pipeline of leaders
with holistic and integrated perspective of business management
to support the strategies and expansion in China. It integrates
formal training with Emerson Executives experience
sharing while providing emerging leaders with career development
counseling.
